2017 Pinot Bianco Collio

Fresh and with tonic fruit, I like the 2017 Collio Pinot Bianco even more than the Friuliano, thanks to its vertical delivery of fresh aromas. You'll find sweet layers of pear and green apple, along with more exotic notes of saffron and crocus flower in the bouquet. It would liven up any pie with creamy chicken and vegetables. Some 16,600 bottles were made.
