2022 Blaufrankisch Reserve

The 2022 Blaufränkisch Reserve was made exclusively from Lutzmannsburg fruit kept for two years in used oak. Gentle cinnamon surrounds vivid wild blueberry aromas on the nose. The palate is dense, with a fine but firm tannin structure that supports the essential juiciness and brightness of its wild, untamed berry fruit notes. All is connected here, presenting a beautiful, fine-boned unity. This is fresh and alive despite the hot, dry year.
