2021 Jurosa Chardonnay

Savory and mineral in style, the 2021 Chardonnay Jurosa smolders up with a blend of crushed rocks, dried flowers and brioche, complicating yellow apple. It blends a pretty inner sweetness with crisp salinity and brisk acidity, creating a cascading sensation as ripe orchard fruits settle on the senses. The 2021 finishes spicy and fresh, yet also dramatically long, leaving hints of vanilla custard and a flinty sensation to linger. The 2021 Jurosa is easily one of the most exciting Chardonnays I’ve tasted from Friuli this year.
