2020 Clos du Moulin

The 2020 Clos du Moulin is a ripe, supple style with a juiciness that allies with seriousness. The dry and warm season has given intensity, fruit purity and oak adding an extra layer of flavor complexity while mellowing its already gently extracted tannins. The 2020 is the first vintage of Clos du Moulin that is certified organic. This is a domaine that's improving with a more hands-off approach in the winery. While drinking well, it can be cellared for the next five to eight years.
