2020 Sass Rigais Sudtirol Eisacktaler Muller-Thurgau

The 2020 Müller-Thurgau Sass Rigais is dusty with sweet spices and florals, ripe peach and butter cream. This is silky and lifted with a reverberation of salty-mineral tension and candied lime that adds contrast. It leaves the cheeks puckered and the mouth watering while tapering off long with a lingering concentration. The 2020 is also remarkably fresh. Manni Nossing uses purchased fruit from a vineyard at 800 meters to create the Sass Rigais.
