Fully mature, but still intact, this 2003 possesses a dark plum/garnet color, hints of black currants, cherries, and dusty, loamy soil, and sweet tannin. It is a fleshy, soft, generously endowed wine to drink now and over the next 4-5 years.

Deep crimson with a weak rim. Horrid overripe notes. Very sweet and completely unrefreshing. The some green tannins. Not at all balanced. (JR)
