2001 Chateauneuf du Pape

The 2001 Chateauneuf du Pape is a medium to full-bodied, elegant offering exhibiting a plum/ruby color as well as a sweet nose of kirsch liqueur, figs, spice box, pepper, and soy. With outstanding purity, balance, and lushness, it should be consumed over the next decade.
