38 ha plus 10 ha being replanted. They are replacing Cabernet Franc with Petit Verdot. Belongs to the Marquis d'Evry, and the Marquise is in charge of the vineyards. Eric Boissenot consults. Dark crimson. Correct and nicely handled. Already easy to like. Slightly inky finish – needs food, but useful. And not exaggerated. Just a little new oak. GV (JR)
