Slightly fuller red. Spicy redcurrant, plum and a floral note on the nose. At once softer and less sweet than the '97 Grivot Nuits-Saint-Georges Charmois, but also a bit more diffuse. And yet this seems less evolved, less forthcoming today. Here the tannins are silkier, though.
