2017 Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru Cuvee Jules

The 2017 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru “Cuvée Jules” is a blend of three climats (Les Chabiots, Les Sentiers and Les Chatelots) matured with 100% whole bunches due to the small size of plantings. It has a delightful potpourri and lavender bouquet that soars from the glass. The fleshy palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and velvety red fruit, maybe missing a little grip on the finish but very seductive. Enjoy this over the next decade.
