Cask sample. Mid crimson. Rich, ripe dark fruit with the sweetness of Vosne. A touch of dried fruit as well as fresh. That dried fruit more marked on the palate. Dry, smooth tannins but could do with a little more freshness. Chewy finish. (JH)
