2007 Ruinart Blanc de Blancs

The 2007 Blanc de Blancs is a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Chenin Blanc made by the Charmat method. Medium straw colored, it offers up a steady stream of small bubbles and crisp apple and melon aromas. This leads to a light- to medium-bodied, vibrant, tasty wine that flows easily over the palate.
