Note di degustazione
The 2017 Gevrey-Chambertin Etelois has an open, expressive bouquet with rose petal-infused red berries and touches of Indian spice and cinnamon. The palate is medium-bodied with tensile tannins, a fresh bead of acidity and a bit of spice towards the finish. Perfect to drink now.

Soaring from the glass with aromas of cherries, cassis and peonies, as well as deep bass notes of dark chocolate, smoked meats and spices, Duroché's 2017 Gevrey-Chambertin Aux Etelois is medium to full-bodied, fleshy and succulent, with lovely depth at the core, succulent acids and a long, sapid finish.
The 2017 Gevrey-Chambertin Aux Etelois has an understated bouquet at first, though it demands little aeration to reveal attractive aromas of brambly red fruit mixed with overripe Satsuma and bay leaf. The palate is medium-bodied, quite sensual in style, smooth and elegant with a pixelated finish laden with tart red cherries and a dash of spice. Very fine indeed.
