The 2019 Château De Francs Les Cerisiers is a pretty, elegant, lively, and medium-bodied Francs offering both red and black fruits, notes of spring flowers and cedary herbs, firm tannins, and a focused, straight style that should improve with a year or two in bottle. It should keep through 2029.

Dark, meaty, earthy, red fruits with freshness, chewy tannins and a touch of salinity create this complex array of rocks and fruits. This full-bodied wine with its long mineral-driven finish will be better if you award it a few years in the cellar before popping a bottle. 91 Points
The 2019 Les Cerisiers feels a little raw on the nose compared to its peers; maybe it’s just closed down after bottling. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly dry tannins but a fresh, earthy finish. Fine.
The 2019 Les Cerisiers is bright and nicely lifted. As always, the Cerisiers is a charmer, and yet the 2019 doesn’t quite have the voluptuousness of the very best years. Crushed flowers, red berry, mint and blood orange linger.
