The 2022 Pouilly-Fuissé Les Combes Vieilles Vignes comes from 80-90-year-old vines from three separate plots that are picked three times. Clean and precise on the nose, this has impressive mineralité and tension. The terroir really shows through here. The palate is taut and tensile. Chamomile touches infuse the orchard fruit, and the clay soils impart weight towards the finish. Enjoy this over the next decade.
