The 2021 Noisette Cuv e (75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Cabernet Franc, and the rest Merlot) is pretty and up-front, with medium-bodied aromas and flavors of fresh berries, sappy herbs, flowers, and underbrush. It's not massively concentrated, but it does have outstanding balance as well as a terrific sense of elegance. It's a step down from prior vintages but is still an outstanding wine.

A convincing red blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Cabernet Franc and 9% Merlot, the 2021 Noisette Cuvee Red Wine features black cherries, vanilla, cedar, mocha and subtle herb shadings that grow into full-fledged notes of tobacco on the finish. Just medium-bodied, it's silky and nicely balanced, being gently tannic on the finish.
