Scents of citrus oil, mint, peach, toasted walnuts, orange oil and freshly baked sourdough introduce Péters's NV L’Étonnant Monsieur Victor Edition MK 13, a medium to full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping wine that's tangy and incisive thanks to its 2013 base vintage, but where that year's youthful austerity is masterfully complemented by reserve wines to bring this cuvée more immediate plenitude. This has turned out very nicely indeed.
