Medium red. Wild red fruits, leather and flowers on the nose; comes across as more vibrant today than the foregoing samples. Juicy, lively and intensely flavored, with good grip and verve. Not particularly complex but nicely balanced in the context of the year. Finishes with firm but ripe tannins.
