2018 Bourgogne Aligote

Aromas of ripe orchard fruit, pastry and orange rind introduce Carillon's 2018 Bourgogne Aligoté, a medium to full-bodied, textural wine that's rich and fleshy. Carillon purchased this parcel and tells me that his idea with this cuvée is to pick later and change preconceptions of the cépage.
