It's cooling and sleek with silken textures and depths of tart berry fruits and minerals that penetrate, all guided by zesty acidity. This finishes long and structured, leaving edgy tannins and licorice traces lingering under an air of violet inner florals. This lovely Schioppettino is already appealing for its energy yet truly deserves cellaring to show its best.
