2019 Cedric Bouchard Roses de Jeanne No.2

The 2019 Blanc RDJ.N.02 is the second in this series of Champagnes from Cédric Bouchard in which the blend and origins of the wine are not disclosed. Delicate, intensely saline floral, the RDJ.N.02 is suggestive of a wine made with some of Champagne's heritage varieties, but those are not typically found in the Aube, so I don't really know what this is. The RDJ.N.02 is a bit compact and nervy in feel at this stage. Zero dosage. Disgorged: 2023.
