The 2021 Nuits Saints-Georges Aux Bousselots 1er Cru has a fragrant bouquet with vibrant red cherries and crushed strawberry fruit, very pure with touches of mandarin and truffle. The palate is well balanced with supple tannins, black and red fruit intermixed, quite briny towards the finish and more-ish, if just missing the finesse of some of Legros's other cuvées.
