Notions of yellow apples and white peaches jump from the glass of the 2023 Mont-Perat Blanc, followed by hints of white pepper and wet slate. The medium-bodied palate has plenty of orchard fruit flavors, with well-knit acidity and a spicy finish. The blend is 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Semillon.

The 2023 Mont-Perat Blanc is a rich, exotic white. Tangerine peel, mint, apricot, peach and white flowers are some of the notes that grace this exotic, creamy dry white. The Blanc is an extrovert, but all the elements are nicely balanced.
