Note di degustazione
A blend of 83% Merlot and 17% Cabernet Franc aged 12 months in a mix of new, one-year, and two-year barrels with the balance in tank, the 2023 Château Les Trois Croix is a beautiful Fronsac with cassis, graphite, violets, and chalky minerality on the nose. Medium-bodied on the palate, it has a pure, focused, graceful mouthfeel, ripe tannins, and a great finish. It's not massive but shines for its fresher, pure, focused profile. Drink 2026-2036.

The 2023 Les Trois Croix is pure sophistication. Supple tannins wrap around a core of red/purplish fruit, blood orange, pomegranate, spice and mocha. This fleshy, mid-weight Fronsac is absolutely delicious. Drink it over the next decade or so.
The 2023 Les Trois Croix delivers, yet again, on the nose with a precise, quite poised and effortless nose, vivid red berry fruit with subtle undergrowth and tobacco scents. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins, fleshy and svelte in the mouth, with a smooth finish that just seems to "glide." Superb.
A round, enveloping nose of plums, chocolate and a subtle, pleasant herbal undertone. The palate is medium- to full-bodied with clean dark fruit, fine-grained tannins and a straightforward, focused finish. Merlot and cabernet franc. Drink or hold.
