Very pure and precise, this offers notes of white flowers, citrus rind and honeysuckle. The palate shows good concentration and energy, with lots of waxy preserved lemon flavour and excellent texture. With good length, this is very good. Aged in 20% new oak. Blend: 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillon

It's medium-bodied on the palate, with a pure, layered mouthfeel, rock-solid balance, and a kiss of salty minerality on the finish. The 2023 Latour-Martillac Blanc has an attractive bouquet, with hints of white flower, the tincture, the malic fruit. Good intensity. The palate is fresh and vibrant. Ample weight with a dash of pepper, not persistent and yet it should still drink well for several years.
