It's medium-bodied, supple, elegant, and juicy on the palate, with fine tannins, a seamless mouthfeel, and outstanding length. The 2023 Domaine des Cambes has a light, open nose that just misses the depth and concentration of the L'Aurage cuvée from Mitjavile. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins, quite peppery, with a slightly reduced finish that denudes a little freshness and vitality. Give it a couple of years in bottle.
