Note di degustazione
The 2023 Alto de Cantenac Brown is a very pretty dry white. Tangerine peel, white flowers, chalk and light tropical accents grace this steely, crisp white from Cantenac Brown. Vinification and aging in barrel (10% new) with lees stirring build texture.

Tasted several times, always enjoyable, one to impress, white peach and pear, citrus, mirabelle peach, liquorice and steel. Fermented and aged 90% in barrel with no new oak, 10% in stainless steel. Tristan Le Lous owner, Jose Sanfins director.
Ripe pineapples, white peach, tangerine, and white flowers create the perfume, and the core of the wine. The palate is round, fruity, lush, and fresh, with a pineapple, and lemon peel-focused finish. The wine was produced from a blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Semillon.
A white with density and focus, offering sliced apple, pear and dried mango. It's full-bodied with a creamy, salty and dried-pear character at the finish. Already showing a hint of matchstick. 90% sauvignon blanc and 10% semillon.
