A blend of 65% Pinot Bianco, 33% Chardonnay and 2% Sauvignon Blanc (added as a tiny fragrant accent), the Cantina Terlano 2021 Alto Adige Terlaner Grand Cuvée Primo (with 4,000 bottles made) is chiseled and sharp, like one of those giant ice statues you might find at a snowy Christmas market. Grapes are picked from sites with different growing conditions and elevations suited to each variety. Many elements are brought together in this stellar vintage to offer energy, freshness, minerality and length. It closes with a rich, silky white wine texture.

Super restrained and detailed, fine wine, offering white peach skin, yellow grapefruit, white pepper and subtle, smoky tones. Full-bodied yet crunchy and subtly silky, vibrant and zesty, with a long, tight-knit structure. The aftertaste is full of grapefruit with positive bitterness. Drink or hold.
Saline, intense, incredible grip, green apple alongside peach pit, white mango, sage, mandarin, apricot puree, sage, strong acidity and grip, just firing on all cylinders.
