Remoissenet’s Premier Cru Vaillons is superb in 2022. The nose offers creamy, chalky, savoury, leesy notes. In contrast to the Fourchaume, the fruit here is leaner, more delicate – green apple and white, fleshy fruit. Mouth-watering and with a soft, silken mouth-feel leading on to a long oyster-shell finish.
