Terrible bubble-bath bottle. Cocktail recipe devised by their master mixologist on the label. Less sweet and more savoury than most but there’s still a lot of sugary sweetness. Then a light note of cheesiness on the (long) finish. Not that appetising. (JR)

Pale to medium lemon-gold colored, the 2018 Rabaud-Promis reveals compelling notes of lemon tart, spice cake, orange blossoms and ginger ale with nuances of lime leaves and honeycomb. The palate is completely coated with spiced citrus layers with a pleasant oiliness to the texture and a savory finish.
