Cask sample. Biodynamic. Lightish cherry red. A little darker fruited than the Beaune Les Teurons but more red fruit than usual in Gevrey. Lovely peppery touch on the palate and so open and aromatic. That peppery freshness on the palate, intense, ripe but fresh fruit. Mouth-filling pure fruit with smooth, firm tannins. (JH)
