This property might be better known for its illustrious Grands Crus, but recent years have seen them working with higher-altitude vineyards in the Hautes-Côtes (and beyond for their Chemin des Moines de Vergy), sites that are starting to thrive in warmer vintages. In 2022, this wine has rose perfume and crunchy red fruit. There’s a juicy freshness to the palate, a wine that is vibrant and light on its feet. Lovely stuff.
