The 2021 Siaurac has retained its tertiary nose, delineated yet missing some fruit concentration compared to recent vintages. The palate is medium-bodied with fine sapidity on the entry, sharp acidity and a finish that feels rather abrupt. Hints of soy linger on the aftertaste. Drink this in the next eight to ten years.

Fresh red cherries, plums and berries on the nose. This is a leaner and simpler expression despite the nice juiciness on the mid-palate. Fine-grained, with moderate length. Drink now through to 2026.
The 2021 Siaurac has a slightly subdued, tertiary bouquet that requires coaxing. Compared to Le Prieuré, it does not quite deliver the same vigor. The palate is medium-bodied with fine balance, if lacking some midweight presence. Tobacco furnishes the finish, which tapers a little prematurely. Not bad, though a short-term Lalande-de-Pomerol.
The 2021 Siaurac is very nicely done. Soft, supple and silky, Siaurac offers a beguiling mix of red cherry/plum fruit, mint, spice and blood orange, all lifted by bright acids and pretty floral top notes.
