The Bougros was a real standout in the line-up from Remoissenet. The nose is vibrant, with zesty orange peel and zest, with intense, candied lemon peel and honeyed richness. It’s incredibly tight at this youthful stage, the potential wound up in a tight core. It’s thrillingly mineral and chalky with a vibrancy that offers great promise. With air, it reveals riper stone-fruit – a weight of fruit that will need time to unfurl. Gorgeous Chablis.
