Les Clos is typically the most powerful of the Chablis Grands Crus, but Jadot’s 2022 seems delicate at first – a firm, flinty, mineral nose complemented by delicate floral tones. On the palate, the sunny site speaks clearly however, revealing a generous mouthful of honeyed apricot fruit. It’s round and rich with a soft texture and chalky finish.
