This Premier Cru is showing its youth, and will need time for everything to integrate. There is however a bright mouthful of crunchy red fruit, the sweetness of raspberry and tart cherry balanced by a savoury coating of firm, drying tannins that grip the palate. There’s a smoky edge to the fruit that fills the finish.
