The 2017 Saint-Véran Lieu (Inter)dit is excellent, wafting from the glass with notes of hazelnut cream, ripe citrus fruit, confit lemon and honeysuckle. On the palate, it's full-bodied, ample and tangy, with a bright line of acidity to balance its deep core of fruit and a long, precise finish. This will be well worth seeking out and comes warmly recommended.
