Moderately saturated medium red. Attractive floral lift to the aromas of cranberry, spices and blood orange. On the lean side, with its red berry flavors displaying a slightly tart character and the finish showing a dry edge. This fruit, located in a protected site close to a stand of fruit trees that attracted the Drosophila suzukii flies in 2014, was picked very early, with the Ligniers carrying out a pre-harvest pass through the vines to eliminate damaged fruit.

Healthy bright red. Cherry, raspberry and a touch of minerality on the nose. Juicy, dry and leanish, with raspberry and cranberry flavors firmed by minerality. The Ligniers did a pass through this vineyard prior to the harvest to eliminate grapes affected by the Drosophila suzukii, said Laurent Lignier.
The 2014 Chambolle Musigny les Bussières 1er Cru, which has been labeled as the village since 2010, has a straightforward kirsch and redcurrant-scented bouquet with just a hint of fig in the background. The palate is a little chewy on the entry with moderate weight in the mouth, although it needs to forage more complexity on the finish -- it just feels a little static at the moment.
