Bright acidity frames tannins that are classic 2010; firm yet yielding and melt-away on the long finish. Voerzio's 2010 Merlot graces the palate with sage, menthol, licorice, tobacco, spices, graphite and plums. In this vintage, the Merlot is delicate, aromatic and impeccably nuanced from start to finish, with less of the structure of Barolos but all of the class.
