Note di degustazione
The 2016 Terlaner Riserva Nova Domus wafts up with a pretty mix of dusty dried flowers, young peach and stone dust. This is dazzling with rich textures and potent concentration, becoming quite perfumed while slowly saturating the palate with ripe notes of apple and nectarine. A pretty inner sweetness lingers, along with hints of brown spice and a contrasting bitter twang of sour lemon, through the long and still lightly structured finale. The 2016 remains on a steady path to perfect maturity.

Thereâs such a wide array of tropical fruit here, ranging from dried mangoes to papaya, then on to jack fruit and passion fruit. Meanwhile, apple strudel, banoffee pie and dried daffodils also make their way into the bouquet. Very oily indeed on the palate, which shows immense phenolics, but just the right combination of contrastive acidity to give this balance and form. Full-bodied and long on the finish. Drink now.
