On the palate, it's full-bodied, deep and multidimensional, with racy acids, chalky structuring extract and a long, mineral finish. From a Cuis lieu-dit that segues from sandy to chalky soils as one ascends the slope, this is a formidable Blanc de Blancs in the making.
