Punteggio 90/100 · Da bere 2023-2026, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Apr 2023

An attractive rendition of this idiosyncratic blend of Gros Manseng, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Viognier, the 2020 du Tertre Blanc offers up aromas of citrus blossom, white pepper and stone fruit, followed by a medium to full-bodied, ample and satiny palate that's pure and perfumed.

Lemongrass, green apple, honeyed caramel and lemon zest on the nose. Lighter and brighter than the 2019, with a slightly more playful and lifted feel to the fruit while still showing the same nuance of texture and flavor—exotic fruits mingling with soft buttery patisserie notes, with bitter and sour touches all coming together to deliver a wonderful mouthfeel and overall flavor. The structure is there, and this is a characterful wine worth seeking out, currently emphasizing bright fruits, with a saline, mineral undertone giving a very clean feeling on the finish.
