The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Tanbark Hill Vineyard is medium garnet-purple in color with very pretty kirsch, red rose and cinnamon stick notes over a core of crushed black cherries and mulberries. The palate is medium to full-bodied with generous red and black fruits supported by ripe, grainy tannins and oodles of freshness, finishing earthy.

The radiance and fruit intensity of the year comes through nicely, and yet the wine retains its classic, mid-weight sense of structure and overall feel. Crushed flowers and sweet spice add lift in this gracious, pretty wine from Togni.
