Cask sample. Light to mid crimson. Inviting, peppery pure fruit. Stemmy and almost a touch herbaceous but not green. Super-fine and beautifully dry texture. Elbows tucked in and just a touch of oak on the very end, adding a hint of chocolate. (JH)
