The 2021 Alto Adige Weissburgunder Pinot Bianco Vial (with 50,000 bottles made) is fundamentally a wine of energy and luminosity. It reflects the high-elevation freshness of the Dolomites with snow-capped mountains and alpine breezes. The bouquet shows crisp lemon, crushed stone and fresh apple. It spends nine months in stainless steel (with 20% in botte grande).
