2017 Illumination Sauvignon Blanc

Marked by hints of beeswax, dried grasses and pencil shavings on the nose, the citrus-tinged 2017 Sauvignon Blanc Illumination is perhaps just starting to dry out a bit. It's still medium to full-bodied, plump, rounded and lush, but a slightly bitter, grapefruit pith-like note emerges on the finish.
