Note di degustazione
Unwinding in the glass with notes of white flowers, citrus zest, freshly baked bread, iodine and mint, Lamy's 2021 Bourgogne Les Chataigners is medium-bodied, chiseled and incisive, with good depth at the core and a penetrating finish. It benefits from some 50% declassified juice from the later press fractions of higher appellations.

The 2021 Bourgogne Les Chataigners has a crisp, granitic bouquet, quite austere yet well-defined. The palate is fresh with cooking apples on the entry. Not a complex wine, but there is decent length in the context of the season.

Pale colour, with a rather vegetal nose. Pure and linear on the palate, citrus and raw apple, with some clear cut white fruit behind. Medium plus length, good acid balance.
