The 2022 Taillefer offers an attractive bouquet with blackberry, wild strawberry and light truffle scents—not powerful but well defined. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins. Fresh and elegant, this beautifully crafted Taillefer lingers temptingly on the finish and is one of the best vintages in recent years.

Shows balance and supple texture to the tannins, earthy charm, you can also taste some brambled black fruits alongside, has charm, atypical in the vintage. September 12 to 16 for harvest, 39hl/h yield, 40% new oak.
The 2022 Taillefer is super-expressive right out of the gate. Crushed flowers, small red berry fruit, mocha, new leather and a whiff of spice all grace this attractive, mid-weight Pomerol. There's a touch of discreet oak, but ultimately Taillefer succeeds by not trying to be something it can't be. All the elements are very nicely balanced in this stylish Pomerol from Bernard Moueix.
