2022 Domeyne

The 2022 Domeyne needs a little more clarity and complexity on the nose, which is quite tertiary in style. The palate is medium-bodied with powdery tannins, fine acidity and a linear finish. It's just a bit unexciting.

Supple and powerful, with spiced cocoa bean, dark berry fruits, orange peel and pomegranate. Vincent Ginestet owner.

This has more light in between the fruit character, with black pepper and iron filings on the finish giving a pretty heavy kick on the finish. Crushed rose petals on the aromatics add complexity, this is charming. First year new cellars. Vincent Ginestet owner since 2018.
