The 2022 Château Larose-Trintaudon reveals black cherries, savory herbs, leather, and dried flower notes in a medium-bodied, nicely textured, charming package. It has good depth on the palate and solid length on the finish, bringing some nuanced, old school Bordeaux charm. This will keep nicely for 7-8 years. Drink 2025-2032.

The 2022 Larose-Trintaudon offers scents of ripe red fruit mixed with undergrowth and tobacco on the nose, with touches of licorice emerging over time. The medium-bodied palate has fine tannins and is cohesive, maybe missing some grip, but it finishes clean and fresh. This solid Médoc deserves a year or two in bottle.
Solid and structured, this red shows blackcurrants, plum skin, violets and hints of chocolate and dark spices on the nose. The vivid, mouth-filling palate shows a medium to full body with bold, velvety tannins and a core of ripe fruit. Cabernet sauvignon, merlot and petit verdot. Try from 2028.
